Denver Broncos RB depth chart after J.K. Dobbins signing, per reports

The running back room in Denver just got a little more crowded.
J.K. Dobbins, coming off the best year of his career with the Los Angeles Chargers last season, is joining the Broncos as the sixth tailback listed on their roster, according to multiple reports. Where does he fit in an updated version of the depth chart?
Before signing Dobbins, the Broncos were set to enter the 2025 season relying on rookie second-round pick RJ Harvey and second-year running back Audric Estime, who showed flashes of potential as a rookie in 2024. Now, Dobbins and Harvey are expected to split the carries out of Denver's backfield as the two names atop the depth chart.
Estime will likely remain on the Broncos' roster as additional depth, especially given Dobbins' lengthy injury history. Meanwhile, the other three running backs – and one fullback – currently on the roster will be battling for a roster spot over the rest of the offseason.

The Broncos' running backs room got a bit more crowded with the team's signing of Dobbins. Here's how Denver's depth chart currently looks:

The team also has fullback Michael Burton signed to the active roster.
Harvey and Estime were additions via the draft in 2025 and 2024, respectively. McLaughlin signed as an undrafted free agent in 2023 and enjoyed a career-best year in 2024 with 572 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns.
Badie was an undrafted free agent in 2022 and has been a depth piece for the Broncos since signing late in the 2022 season. He had 11 carries for 86 yards in three games last season. Watson was an undrafted free agent in 2024 and had 10 yards on four carries as a rookie.
