Jameis Winston leaves Buccaneers game with shoulder injury

Jameis Winston is the latest NFL quarterback to make an early exit with an injury.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback left Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals with a right shoulder injury in the first quarter. He was listed as doubtful to return.

Winston appeared to be hurt on the first series of the game after a hit by linebacker Chandler Jones. He remained in the game but later came out.

Ryan Fitzpatrick replace him in the lineup.
