The Tampa Bay Buccaneers squandered a three-score lead Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, giving up 34 straight points in a 34-23 loss.

After a strong performance in the first half, Bucs quarterback Tom Brady committed four turnovers after the break, allowing the Bengals to claw their way back into the game.

"We were good first half, we were in a good position and we just literally just gave them the ball," Brady said in his post-game press conference. "So if you give them the ball, obviously, we can't score. They're a good offense, so they scored and they took advantage."

The seven-time Super Bowl champion said the Buccaneers' woes are not due to a lack of confidence, but inconsistent execution. They have lost three of their last four games.

Now, the 6-8 Buccaneers head into Week 16 to face the Arizona Cardinals, who are 4-10 and most likely will be playing with their third string quarterback. The game holds weight because of Tampa Bay's teetering position at the top of the NFC South. All four teams in the division have a chance to make the playoffs.

"Work hard, just work hard," Brady said of how to move forward. "We've got a huge game coming up. I know we keep saying it, but that's the reality and gotta go make it better."
