Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce left Saturday's 22-21 loss to the Tennessee Titans and later was ruled out after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit in the second quarter.
After hauling in a 12-yard pass from Alex Smith, Kelce took a hit to the head from Titans safety Johnathan Cyprien. He was helped off and went to the locker room.
Earlier in the game, Kelce caught a 13-yard pass to put the Chiefs up 14-0.
He had four catches for 66 yards before exiting.
Without Kelce in the lineup, Kansas City's offense was held scoreless in the second half.
