Colts star Darius Leonard accidentally gives young fan his wedding ring after game
Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard left one young fan with a special gift after Sunday's 28-11 victory over the Minnesota Vikings at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Leonard took off his white gloves after the game and handed to them the fan in the stands as he headed to the locker room.
However, an even bigger surprise was in store for the fan and Leonard.
Inside the glove, the fan found Leonard's wedding ring.
A tweet from Tyler Brooke, who said the fan is his step-nephew, mentioned the incident Monday morning, looking for a way to return Leonard's ring.
Leonard responded to the tweet, "I need that," adding four laughing emojis.
Brooke replied, "Keep me posted! Sounds like we got it taken care of."
Leonard was a Pro Bowl selection in 2019 and an All-Pro pick in 2018 as a rookie. He had six tackles against the Vikings on Sunday.
