Najee Harris drove nine hours to support his Crimson Tide teammates at Alabama's pro day

Despite being unable to participate due to injuries, Alabama football running back Najee Harris wouldn't miss the pro day to support his Crimson Tide teammates.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Harris' flight from Dallas was canceled due to lightning, so he drove nine hours from Dallas to Tuscaloosa to support his teammates.

Harris rushed for 1,466 yards and 26 touchdowns in 2020, being named a unanimous All-American and winning the Doak Walker Award as the best running back in college football.

Harris left Alabama holding the program records for rushing yards and touchdowns. Harris is currently the top-rated running back in the 2021 draft class and  projected to be a late first round pick in Paste BN Sports' latest mock draft.
