Now that pro day season is in the books, Ward has taken a firm hold on the No. 1 pick odds in the 2025 NFL draft. He is widely expected to be the first selection and DraftKings Sportsbook's odds appear to confirm that.
Odds are always subject to change, especially during draft season. Given the Titans' need at quarterback, Ward remains an obvious pick for them with Shedeur Sanders' draft stock seemingly taking a hit in recent weeks.

Who has the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL draft?
The Tennessee Titans own the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
They finished the 2024 season with a 3-14 record, which tied them for the worst record with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants. Tiebreakers in the draft order are first determined by strength of schedule and the Titans owned the weaker one. Tennessee's opponents combined for a .522 winning percentage in 2024.
A previous version of the franchise, the Houston Oilers, have made the top selection in the NFL draft three times. The Titans, in their current form, have never drafted that high before.
When is the 2025 NFL draft?
The 2025 NFL draft is slated to take place in the shadows of Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. and begin on Thursday, April 24. The first round of the event is slated to get underway at 8 p.m. ET.
