Not all teams are equal in the eyes of the NFL draft.

Each of the 32 teams will go through their standard scouting and evaluation procedures, but some teams don't own as many picks to take advantage of those processes.

As things currently stand, each team has a wide range of picks in the 2025 NFL Draft. Several teams hold 10 or more picks they can use in late April's draft, but there are also several teams with five picks or fewer to use on young talent.

These are the teams with the fewest number of picks in the 2025 NFL Draft:

At the time of writing, the Vikings have the fewest number of picks in the 2025 NFL Draft, according to Tankathon.com's projections. Those projections include estimations for compensatory picks – Minnesota is expected to receive one comp pick after losing five qualifying free agents and only signing four last offseason.
