The Philadelphia Eagles are 13-1 and all but assured of the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs, but the team could be without star quarterback Jalen Hurts for Saturday afternoon in a divisional matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero is reporting that Hurts suffered a shoulder sprain on one of his runs against the Chicago Bears in the team's win Sunday and his status for Saturday is in doubt.
This season, Hurts has 3,472 yards passing and 22 touchdowns through the air along with 747 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground. If he can't play, veteran passer Gardner Minshew would get the start in his place.
