Four more NFL teams have byes in Week 6, depriving fantasy managers of the likes of Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Justin Jefferson, Kyren Williams, Tyreek Hill ... and the top-rated Minnesota Vikings defense.

Fantasy football rankings for Week 6 are based on the point-per-reception (PPR) scoring used in most seasonal and daily fantasy football formats. One point is awarded for every 10 rushing and receiving yards and one point for every 20 passing yards. Six points are awarded for touchdowns scored, four points for passing TDs and one point for receptions.

Fantasy football Week 6 quarterback rankings

• Joe Flacco will get another start for the Colts. Anthony Richardson practiced all week, but will wait until Week 7 to return from the oblique injury that's kept him out since Week 4.
• New England has announced rookie Drake Maye is taking over from veteran Jacoby Brissett as the starter.
• Derek Carr (oblique) is expected to miss multiple games, putting rookie Spencer Rattler as the Saints' interim starter.
• Russell Wilson (calf) should be practicing fully this week with the second team offense. Justin Fields appears set to make another start, but his hold on the job may be tenuous.
• The Raiders are switching from Gardner Minshew to Aidan O'Connell as their starter.

Fantasy football Week 6 running back rankings

• Jonathan Taylor (ankle) has been ruled out. Trey Sermon gets another start.
• The Chargers put Gus Edwards (ankle) on injured reserve. Rookie Kimani Vidal figures to see his first extensive action of the season backing up J.K. Dobbins.
• Nick Chubb (knee) practiced this week but isn't expected to be active. He's targeting his return in Week 7.
• It appears Joe Mixon (ankle) will be active after missing the last three games for the Texans.
• Rachaad White (foot) did not practice on Friday and is listed as doubtful.
• Brian Robinson (knee) is out.
• Devin Singletary (groin) is out, giving Tyrone Tracy another opportunity to shine after his 129-yard performance in Week 5.
• James Cook (toe) is questionable for Monday night, potentially giving Ty Johnson and Ray Davis an increase in touches.
• The ankle injury Zack Moss suffered in last Sunday's game appears minor. He's expected to be good to go this week.

Fantasy football Week 6 wide receiver rankings

• The Texans put Nico Collins (hamstring) on injured reserve, which will mean more targets for Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell and possibly Xavier Hutchinson with veteran Robert Woods (foot) out as well.
• Jakobi Meyers (ankle) is listed as doubtful. Tre Tucker will lead a nondescript cast of receivers for new quarterback Aidan O'Connell against the Steelers. Davante Adams (hamstring) is also out.
• Coming off the Eagles' bye week, A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion) no longer have injury designations and are good to go vs. the Browns.
• Michael Pittman Jr. is not going on injured reserve and will attempt to play through a back injury. He practiced in full on Friday, but is still listed as questionable.
• Khalil Shakir (ankle) was limited in practice on Saturday and is questionable for Monday night vs. the Jets.

Fantasy football Week 6 tight end rankings

• Evan Engram (hamstring) is active for the Jaguars' game in London (9:30 a.m. ET kickoff) and on track to play for the first time since Week 1.
• Tyler Conklin (hip) is questionable for Monday night vs. the Bills after being limited in practice all week.

• With Jake Moody (ankle) expected to be out multiple weeks, the 49ers signed Matthew Wright on Monday.
