Week 10 fantasy kicker rankings: Best starts at kicker

This week is an unusual one in that there is actually some kicker news to process. In addition to four teams being on bye, there are a couple uncertain kicking situations that could impact fantasy lineups.

The San Francisco 49ers could be getting Jake Moody back after he missed their last three games with an ankle injury. Also, the New York Giants opened Graham Gano's 21-day practice window in his return from a strained hamstring.
