Week 13 fantasy kicker rankings: Best starts at kicker

Looking at the weekly matchups often isn't enough when it comes to selecting the best kicker for your fantasy team.

Even low-scoring games offer the potential for big performances. For example, 48 points were scored in the Broncos-Raiders game on Sunday (tied for the eighth-most of the week) ... but it involved two of the four highest-scoring kickers in Denver's Wil Lutz (21 fantasy points) and Las Vegas' Daniel Carlson (15 points).

Remember, warm-weather and dome kickers are preferred.

Fantasy football rankings for Week 13 are based on the point-per-reception (PPR) scoring used in most seasonal and daily fantasy football formats.
