For either the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans, a long Super Bowl wait is about to come to an end.
In Sunday's AFC championship game, each franchise has the chance to end a recent run of heartbreak. For the Chiefs, a win would give the team its first Super Bowl berth in 50 years. The Titans, meanwhile, have not been to the NFL's grandest stage since the 1999 campaign.
The two teams met earlier this season, as Tennessee beat Kansas City 35-32 in Week 10 as Patrick Mahomes returned to action after missing the previous two games.
