Rams RB Tre Mason arrested on drug, traffic charges
Los Angeles Rams running back Tre Mason was arrested in Hollywood, Fla., on Saturday and charged with resisting arrest, marijuana possession, reckless driving and failure to register his car.
Police officers in Hollywood, Florida, said Sunday that Mason refused orders to get out of his sports car after he was pulled over for going twice the speed limit in a 35-mile-per-hour zone.
Officers say they used the stun gun on Mason twice.
He was then taken to a hospital for medical clearance.
Mason was a third-round pick of the Rams out of Auburn in 2014.
