The Los Angeles Rams had a second meeting with Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay about their head coaching job – a sign McVay may be emerging as the favorite for the vacancy, people with knowledge of the situation told Paste BN Sports.

The people spoke on condition of anonymity because of the fluidity of the search process.

McVay, 30, previously interviewed for the Rams’ job last week. He also has interviewed with the San Francisco 49ers.

If hired, McVay would be the youngest head coach in NFL history – a mark that currently belongs to Lane Kiffin, who was 31 years and eight months when the Oakland Raiders hired him in 2007.
