Terrell Suggs, Ravens agree to contract extension

The Baltimore Ravens agreed to a contract extension Sunday night with veteran pass rusher Terrell Suggs, a person with knowledge of the deal told Paste BN Sports.

The person spoke on condition of anonymity because contract details were to remain private.

Suggs, 31, bounced back from a torn triceps that ended his 2012 season to record 10 sacks last season.

He had one season remaining on his old deal with a scheduled cap figure $12.4 million that likely was lowered by the extension.
