Ex-Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant expected to work out for Ravens, per report

Dez Bryant is getting his long-awaited opportunity to make his return to the NFL.
The former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, who has not played an NFL game since 2017, is expected to work out for the Baltimore Ravens this week, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported.
Bryant, 31, was out of the NFL last year as he recovered from an Achilles tendon suffered days after he signed with the New Orleans Saints in November 2018. He did not play a game for the team.
A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Bryant stands as the Cowboys' all-time leader in touchdown catches (73) and ranks fifth in receiving yards (7,459).
Despite ranking second in the NFL in offense last year, the Ravens continued to tinker with their attack this offseason, adding running back J.K. Dobbins (second round) and wide receivers Devin Duvernay (third round) and James Proche (sixth round) in the NFL draft. If signed, Bryant would provide a veteran presence to a roster that does not have a receiver older than 27.
