KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman suffered a rib injury late in the second quarter of Monday’s game at Kansas City and will not return.
Redskins head coach Jay Gruden told ESPN at halftime that Norman would miss “a couple weeks.”
Norman was instrumental in helping slow the Chiefs offense in the first half, especially with his coverage of tight end Travis Kelce.
Almost immediately after Norman left the game, Kelce scored a touchdown.
