Seahawks' Justin Coleman channels Ezekiel Elliott with Salvation Army kettle jump
ARLINGTON, Texas – Here’s to you, Ezekiel Elliott.
Justin Coleman felt there was no better way to christen a touchdown inside AT&T Stadium than to mimic the classic celebration that the Dallas Cowboys star running back captured hearts with last season.
So, the Seattle Seahawks cornerback ran back a Dak Prescott interception to the end zone and hopped into a Salvation Army red kettle.
What a way to mark Elliott’s return from a six-game suspension.
“I pre-planned it, honestly,” Coleman told Paste BN Sports. “I had already told my teammates that if I caught a pick-six, I’m going to run to that bucket and jump in it, and do whatever Zeke did.”

The stunt drew a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct – even with relaxed celebration rules in the NFL this season, using props is a no-no – but Coleman figured it was worth it.
Besides, his touchdown helped the Seahawks achieve a 21-12 victory that keeps the team's playoff hopes alive.
Guess you might say he is feeling the spirit of the season. He might wind up paying a fine, too, which the NFL ultimately distributes to charity.
“Anything,” he said, “to bring energy to the team.”
