During his college days at USC, JuJu Smith-Schuster changed his last name from "Smith to "Smith-Schuster." Lawrence Schuster, his stepfather, raised Smith-Schuster from the time he was a child.
Lawrence and other family members were in the stands at Heinz Field on Sunday for the Pittsburgh Steelers' 36-10 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. Smith-Schuster caught nine passes for 77 yards and one touchdown.
After the game, Smith-Schuster shared a clip on Twitter of him throwing a ball into the stands toward his family to celebrate his fifth touchdown of the season.
"Scored this touchdown for you, Dad," Smith-Schuster wrote. "Happy Birthday!"
