This year's Super Bowl is the second straight rematch in the Big Game, coming off the heels of a 49ers-Chiefs title game that was a repeat matchup of Super Bowl 54 four years prior.

What time is the Super Bowl?
Kickoff for this year's Super Bowl is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.
Where is the Super Bowl 2025?
Super Bowl 59 will take place at the Caesars Superdome, home of the Saints in New Orleans, Louisiana. It's the eighth time the Superdome will host the Big Game, extending its record for most Super Bowls hosted by a single venue.
It's also the 11th time that the city of New Orleans will host the NFL's title game, which ties it with Miami for most times a city has hosted a Super Bowl.
The last time the Super Bowl took place in New Orleans was 12 years ago, in Super Bowl 47. The Ravens defeated the 49ers, 34-31, in a game that may be remembered for its Beyoncé halftime show... and the power outage that came soon after, halting competition for over half an hour.

Who is performing at the Super Bowl halftime show?
Hip-hop artist Kendrick Lamar will perform at this year's Super Bowl halftime show with SZA joining him as a special guest performer.
Lamar initially announced his halftime show appearance with a YouTube video on the first Sunday of the NFL regular season. On Jan. 24, Apple Music, the sponsor of the Super Bowl halftime show since 2023, posted a video of its own on all of its social media platforms to announce SZA would be joining Lamar in the performance.
