The Super Bowl is approaching, with the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles set to battle for NFL supremacy in just six days.

Kansas City is making its third consecutive appearance in the Super Bowl, something only three other teams have ever managed. A win by the Chiefs on Sunday would make history as the first team to win three titles in a row in the Super Bowl era.

As seems to always be the case with the Chiefs, their path to New Orleans involved winning a nail-biter. The AFC championship game saw Kansas City hang on late for a 32-29 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Philadelphia, meanwhile, wants revenge for the game that got this Kansas City streak rolling. The Eagles lost Super Bowl 57 to the Chiefs on a tiebreaking field goal with just eight seconds to play. The NFC championship game underlined just how good this run-heavy Philadelphia team is, as the Eagles dismantled the Washington Commanders in a 55-23 blowout win.
