Super Bowl 59 predictions: Who will win rematch between Chiefs vs. Eagles?

Only two NFL teams remain, and it's the same two we saw duke it out for the Lombardi Trophy two years ago: the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
This Sunday, in Super Bowl 59, the stakes are different though. In the first iteration in Super Bowl 57, both teams were looking for their second championship in a short span. Now, the Chiefs are looking to make history by becoming the first team ever to win three consecutive Super Bowls. The Eagles meanwhile, are looking to prevent history, all while earning their franchise's second title.
Here is who experts from around the internet like in this highly-anticipated matchup:
Predictions for Super Bowl 59
Paste BN: Experts evenly split
- Jarrett Bell: Chiefs 34, Eagles 30
- Chris Bumbaca: Eagles 32, Chiefs 29
- Nate Davis: Eagles 30, Chiefs 27
- Tyler Dragon: Chiefs 27, Eagles 24
- Mike Middlehurst-Schwartz: Eagles 20, Chiefs 17
- Lorenzo Reyes: Chiefs 26, Eagles 23
LeSean McCoy, FOX Sports: Eagles 30, Chiefs 27
Having played for both teams, McCoy might be one of the least biased analysts out there. That said, he may also have a huge bias toward Philadelphia, where he spent most of his career. Regardless, McCoy believes this contest will be close, claiming a last-second field goal will win it for Philly, preceded by a terrific sideline grab by Saquon Barkley.
Albert Breer, Sports Illustrated: Chiefs 27, Eagles 23
Breer writes, "I think where there’s a contrast in scheme styles, Kansas City’s complexity against Philly’s simplicity, the Chiefs will seize their edge. This time, I’m going to trust they’ll take advantage of it. I’ll trust that Andy Reid and Matt Nagy will engineer matchups to get Xavier Worthy and Hollywood Brown running with the Philly safeties. I’ll trust that Mahomes and Travis Kelce can’t be stopped in critical situations. I’ll trust that the offensive line will be good enough. I’ll trust that Steve Spagnuolo will use Leo Chenal as a queen on the chess board in stopping the run, that Nick Bolton will handle Hurts as a scrambler, and that Trent McDuffie will cover DeVonta Smith in a way that’ll allow the Chiefs to throw more at A.J. Brown."
Bill Bender, Sporting News: Chiefs 30, Eagles 27
Bender writes, "The rematch will live up to the expectations. The Eagles have the best chance to knock the Chiefs off the throne, but we just cannot pick against a Mahomes-led team in this spot."
Bill Belichick: Expect a close matchup
Belichick stated, "Expect this game to come down to final possession or fourth quarter, however you want to look at it. Whichever team performs better at that point in time is going to be what the outcome of their season is. Their season could easily end up being a handful of plays or maybe even one play."
Sam Farmer, Los Angeles Times: Eagles 27, Chiefs 24
Farmer writes, "As long as the Eagles don’t fall behind in a big way early, they should be able to control the game by running. If they’re relegated to throwing, that’s a problem. The game could hinge on that factor. A.J. Brown creates matchup problems for Kansas City, and Saquon Barkley is a nightmare for anybody. Even though it’s ill-advised to bet against Patrick Mahomes, and nobody is as experienced as the Chiefs at winning close games, Philadelphia is the more complete team. This one is super close down the stretch with Philadelphia winning by a field goal."
