The Minnesota Vikings have made a big change at quarterback.

Sam Bradford was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, while Teddy Bridgewater was activated to the 53-man roster, the team announced.

Bradford will now miss at least the remainder of the regular season. He has played in just two games this year after aggravating a knee injury in a Week 5 game against the Chicago Bears.

Backup Case Keenum has gone 4-2 in leading the Vikings to a 6-2 record. Keenum will start Sunday against the Washington Redskins, coach Mike Zimmer announced Wednesday.

Bridgewater, meanwhile, returned to practice on Oct. 18 for the first time since suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in August 2016.
