The snow dropped by Winter Storm Stella forced Tuesday night’s Winnipeg Jets-New Jersey Devils game at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., to be postponed, the NHL announced.
The game has been rescheduled for March 28. Fans holding tickets for Tuesday’s contest are valid for admission to the rescheduled date, according to the Devils.
“We look forward to seeing you again when the snow stops,” the Devils said in a statement.
As much as a foot of snow was forecasted to fall in Newark.
