Puck Kid 3: Somehow another adult fan takes puck intended for young Capitals fans away

PSA for all hockey fans: the puck is always intended for the kids.

Incredibly for the third time (!) in the past year, an adult at a Washington Capitals game has snatched a puck tossed by a player that was intended for children along the glass.

The latest occurred Monday night before the Capitals' game against the Canucks in Vancouver. Washington goaltender Braden Holtby took a puck during warm-ups and tossed it over the glass, clearly intended for a group of children wearing Capitals gear.

Instead, the recipient was a young man who snatched it out of the air before it could reach them.

As you can see, Holtby was not amused.

Incredibly, this has happened two other times within the past year. It occurred earlier this month at a home game against the Vegas Golden Knights, and in the playoffs young Keelan Moxley's quest for a puck wrongly given to others resulted in a viral moment
