Kobe Bryant, Jessica Alba among stars pitching L.A. for 2024

Jessica Alba, Will Ferrell and Kobe Bryant are among the stars pitching LA 2024 in a new video released Wednesday.

The release comes a day after a poll, conducted by Loyola Marymount University and sponsored in part by KPCC, showed 88% of Angelenos want L.A. to host the Games in 2024. The video asks, “Where will you be in 2024?”

It also stars Olympic gold medalists Janet Evans and Greg Louganis, Paralympic hopeful Ezra French; chef and restaurateur Roy Choi; and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, along with many other notable Angelenos.
