Rio 2016: Olympics schedule, TV info for the final day and closing ceremony

The Games of the XXXI Olympiad are coming to an end.

From chaos to controversy, heartbreak to happiness, with plenty of history along the way, the 2016 Summer Olympics had it all. After the final day of events, the Rio Olympics will officially end on Sunday night with the closing ceremony.

Bob Costas and Al Michaels will anchor NBC's studio coverage beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET. Mike Tirico, Mary Carillo and Ryan Seacrest will host the event live from 8-10:30 p.m. ET at Rio's historic Maracana Stadium. Heather Cox and Lewis Johnson will serve as reporters for the event.
