When you're the two-time defending champions, you bring out all the stars.

The U.S. women's roster for the 2023 World Cup was announced Wednesday, but its announcement video showed how much support the 2015 and 2019 champions have by having some of the biggest stars in the country reveal who made the team.

The video kicked off with a message from President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.

"For nearly 40 years, the U.S. women's national soccer team has epitomized what it means to be a champion," Joe Biden said. "From lifting trophies to fighting for gender equity, these women have been a source of inspiration to Americans of all ages, our family included."
