Stanley Cup Odds Update: With Lightning and Penguins out, who has the best odds now?

The Tampa Bay Lightning were largely considered to be the team to hoist the Stanley Cup at the end of this year's NHL Playoffs, but that came to an abrupt and shocking end when they were swept in the first-round by Columbus Blue Jackets.

At the start of the playoffs, Tampa Bay was +195 to win the Stanley Cup. So much for winning the President's Trophy by 21 points and out-scoring opponents by a league-best 103 goals, huh? Maybe next year, Tampa fans.

In other first-round sweeps, the Pittsburgh Penguins also are out of the picture after the New York Islanders swept the ice with them. Pittsburgh started the playoffs at +1700.

So how do things look for the remaining teams?

The Las Vegas Knights aren't even out of the first-round as of this writing, but they've jumped to the top of the list with the Islanders, both at +550. Vegas was +1600 to start the playoffs. That's quite the jump.
