Prediction

Celtics 115, Trail Blazers 105

Moneyline (ML)

The Celtics (-294) are big road favorites over the Trail Blazers (+230) Tuesday night, and it's not hard to understand why. Boston is one of the best five teams in the NBA, while Portland sits six games below .500. Add on the fact the Trail Blazers will be without their best player in Lillard, and it's easy to back Boston, if not for the chalky odds. PASS.

Line/Against the Spread(ATS)

The Trail Blazers (+6.5, +100) are three-basket underdogs to the CELTICS (-6.5, -121). Boston has been fantastic against the spread, as of late, covering in 11 of their previous 15 games. The same can't be said for Portland, who is just 1-4 against the spread in its last five games. Expect this game to be somewhat close throughout, but for the Celtics to pull away in the fourth quarter and easily cover the 6.5 point spread.

Over/Under (O/U)

The total for this Tuesday night matchup is set at 223.5 points, which feels a bit high, considering both teams will be without their starting point guard. These are two teams that can obviously score at will, but with each side having some significant injuries, look for the pace to be a tad slower and for the UNDER 223.5 (-110) to hit in Portland.
