It's Clevinger's debut for the PADRES (-143) and the Angels (+130) are a good team for him to begin his San Diego tenure facing. In Angel Stadium, Clevinger is 2-0 with a 0.79 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 11 K over 11 1/3 IP spanning 2 starts.

San Diego's bullpen is the weaker part of its pitching staff but Clevinger's quality start percentage is 12 points higher than the league average and he's going to want to impress in his first Padres start.
