The weather forecast is rather favorable, with clear skies and temperatures in the low 40's with a light breeze from 5-8 mph.

Tennessee came alive after the bye week, as rookie QB Will Levis made his first career NFL start in place of the injured QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle). Levi threw 4 TD passes in a 28-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons, including 3 scoring hook-ups with WR DeAndre Hopkins.

The Titans have lost all 3 road games this season, going 1-2 ATS with the Under cashing in each. The Under is 5-2 in 7 games overall for Tennessee.

Pittsburgh suffered a 20-10 setback at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars last Sunday, and it was a costly loss. QB Kenny Pickett exited the game with a rib injury, although it appears he'll be ready to go despite the quick turnaround.

Moneyline

The STEELERS (-146) are a decent play as moderate favorites, especially if you simply want to pick a winner straight up and not fiddle around with the points in a potentially close game.

Neither of these teams are killing it, but the home side has a lot fewer questions than the Titans (+124). Can Levis be as successful on the road as he was last week? Can the rookie be anywhere close to as productive if Hopkins, who carries a questionable tag, is inactive?

Tennessee also has a pair of defensive backs sidelined, and McCreary's absence will certainly be felt.

Had Pickett been deemed inactive, leading to a Mitchell Trubisky sighting, this pick would be all Tennessee. But the QB is tough as nails, and expected to start.

Against the spread

The STEELERS -2.5 (-118) are a decent play in this TNF game, but be careful. Pittsburgh is 2-2 SU/ATS in 4 games at home, with both covers coming inside the AFC North Division.

However, the Titans +2.5 (-104) are 0-3 SU/ATS on the road this season, and 0-4 SU/ATS if you toss in their London game, which was technically a home game for Baltimore, back in Week 6.

Over/Under

OVER 36.5 (-110) is the lean, but go very, very lightly.

The total has gone low in 5 of 7 games for the Titans this season, although the Over cashed in the only game under the leadership of Levis under center. The Under is 3-0 in 3 true road games for Tennessee, and 4-0 if you toss in the London game.

The Steelers are on a 5-0 Under run, too, so there is plenty of risk. However, Pittsburgh did cash its lone Over in a primetime home game against the Cleveland Browns back in Week 2.
