First look: Miami at Florida State odds and lines
The Miami Hurricanes (6-3, 2-3 ACC) meet the Florida State Seminoles (9-0, 7-0 ACC) Saturday at Doak S. Campbell Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET (ABC). Below, we look at Miami vs. Florida State odds from BetMGM Sportsbook. Also see: SportsbookWire's college football picks and predictions.
Florida State is coming off a 24-7 victory at Pitt Saturday but didn't cover as a 20.5-point favorite. The Seminoles defense dominated, holding the Panthers to 0 for 11 on 3rd-down attempts and only allowing a 2nd-quarter TD -- surprisingly the 1st score of the game. The 'Noles will look to keep the train moving, led by Heisman candidate QB Jordan Travis, who threw for 360 yards and a TD, while also running for another vs. Pitt.
Miami is coming off yet another brutal in-conference loss, 20-6 to the NC State Wolfpack -- the Hurricanes were 6.5-point favorites. Miami's offense, behind QB Tyler Van Dyke, was quite horrendous and struggled to convert on any opportunities while turning the ball over. The 'Canes can't expect to beat anyone, let alone the undefeated Seminoles, turning the ball over 4 times.
Florida State is No. 4 in the US LBM Coaches Poll powered by Paste BN Sports.

Miami vs. Florida State head-to-head
The Seminoles have won 6 of the last 10 meetings between these in-state, in-conference rivals -- with the Under going 8-2. FSU, only being favored by 6 at home, made a statement last year in a 45-3 blowout. The Seminoles will be seeking their 3rd straight win in the series after the Hurricanes ran off 4 straight from 2017-'20.
