The Tigers finished 20-11 last season and lost 81-64 in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament to the Houston Cougars.
Auburn will be led by F Johni Broome, who led the team in scoring at 14.2 while also averaging 8.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game. The Tigers will also feature a new-look backcourt after recruiting 5-star freshman G Aden Holloway and getting former FIU G Denver Jones through the transfer portal.
The Bears were 23-11 last season. They lost 85-76 to the Creighton Bluejays in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament.
Baylor lost its top-3 scorers from last season and will be expecting returning F Jalen Bridges (10.3 PPG) and some new faces to replace their production. The Bears brought in G Jayden Nunn from VCU (9.3 PPG), G RayJ Dennis from Toledo (19.5 PPG), and 5-star recruit G Ja'Kobe Walter.
