NFL Week 10 parlay: Let's make some money
Looking back at last weekend's selections, my colleague suffered a setback in the International Series game in Frankfurt, Germany, as the offenses were just unable to get on track, and the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs combined for just 35 points when the O/U line was 50.5.
In the 2nd leg, Indianapolis Colts DB Kenny Moore II tried his hardest to make the total (43.5) go Over against the Carolina Panthers, scoring twice on interception returns, but it just fell short as well.
The marquee matchup in the NFC East was able to cash the Over (46.5), with the Philadelphia Eagles notching a 28-23 win against the Dallas Cowboys, but we obviously need to hit all legs of the parlay to cash. We'll try and get untracked in Week 10. Let's make some money!
After looking at FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL Week 10 odds, here is a "Let's make some money" NFL parlay bet to cash in on among SportbookWire's NFL expert picks and predictions.
I am very glad to be serving as the pinch hitter for this column as parlays are a fun way to enhance your betting day. Obviously, you need a lot of things to go right, but if you can find the right combination, and that's why we're here to help, you can get into the black and build that bankroll significantly.

NFL Week 10: Let's make some money parlay
Odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook; access Paste BN Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated Thursday at 4:45 a.m. ET. All games Sunday and ET unless noted.
Leg 1: STEELERS -3 (-118) vs. Packers – 1 p.m. (CBS)
The Steelers (5-3) looked awfully good last week in a similar spot, scratching by the Tennessee Titans by a 20-16 score as 3-point home favorites. Pittsburgh doesn't score a boatload of points, with a season high of 26. It averages just 16.6 points per game (PPG), which ranks 29th in the NFL. Yet the Steelers find themselves right in the thick of the AFC playoff chase.
The Packers (3-5) routed the Los Angeles Rams 20-3 last Sunday, but that came in Lambeau Field where the Pack were 4-point favorites. Plus, it was against a rusty backup in Rams QB Brett Rypien, subbing for the injured QB Matthew Stafford. The Packers haven't fared well on the road, losing 3 in a row away from Lambeau, including the past 2 games against AFC foes in Denver and Las Vegas. Look for the Steelers to add to Green Bay's road woes.
Leg 2: JAGUARS ML (+138) vs. 49ers – 1 p.m. (FOX)
The 49ers (5-3) haven't had a lot of success traveling east this season. San Francisco won 30-7 back in Week 1 against the Steelers, which was nice. However, the Niners lost 19-17 at Cleveland in Week 6 against a backup quarterback as 8.5-point favorites, and they suffered a 22-17 loss at Minnesota in Week 7 against a team missing its top player, losing outright as 6.5-point favorites. The 49ers enter Week 10 on a 3-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, these aren't the same old Jaguars. This is a fierce team with the defense to make life very difficult for 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey and the 49ers offense. Jacksonville (6-2) is rested, too, coming off a bye, so it has had 2 full weeks to prepare a game plan for this one. The last 2 times Jacksonville was an underdog, it won outright. The Jaguars won 31-24 as 2.5-point underdogs at New Orleans in Week 7, and beat Buffalo 25-20 as 5.5-point dogs in London in Week 5. Look for the Niners to be treated rudely in Duval.
Leg 3: COWBOYS -16.5 (-105) vs. Giants – 4:25 p.m. (FOX)
Sure, this is a huge number. Normally, I am not a big fan of including a heavy favorite, especially the biggest favorite this season so far. However, word came down Wednesday afternoon that Giants rookie QB Tommy Devito will make his 1st NFL start.
Facing the likes of LB Micah Parsons is not going to be a good recipe for success for a New York offense. If you recall back in Week 1, the Cowboys roasted the Giants 40-0 on Sunday Night Football, having no issue covering a 3-point spread on the road. That was with a full cadre of players, including QB Daniel Jones (now out for the season with a knee injury), TE Darren Waller (out with hamstring injury) and reserve RB Gary Brightwell (out with knee injury) on offense. It's so bad for the G-Men that PK Graham Gano (knee) is also on the injured reserve list.
Dallas (5-3) is going to roll New York (2-7) again.
Parlay payout: Bet $10 to profit $75.85 (payout = $85.85).

Leg 4-*: RAIDERS ML (-110) vs. Jets – 8:20 p.m. (NBC)
*-If you want to add a 4th play to this parlay.
The Raiders (4-5) had a new vibe last week with interim head coach Antonio Pierce taking the reins. While, yes, Las Vegas was facing a banged up Giants team, it wasn't just the play on the field. The Raiders were relaxed, the culture looked to change overnight, and Vegas routed the G-Men in Sin City 30-6.
Rookie QB Aidan O'Connell looked good vs. the Giants, steering the offense and throwing for 209 yards with no TDs or picks. The Raiders don't need him to be great to beat the Jets. The Raiders feature Defensive Player of the Year candidate in DE Maxx Crosby, who will make life tough for Jets QB Zach Wilson. The Jets didn't score a touchdown last week in Monday night's 27-6 home loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, and Wilson be hard-pressed to not to crap out in Vegas.
Parlay payout: Bet $10 to profit $153.89 (payout = $163.89).
