USC at Oregon picks and predictions

Prediction

Oregon 42, USC 24

Moneyline

No lean here. PASS.

Against the spread

The Ducks are 4-1 ATS over the last 5 meetings in the series.

USC's defensive struggles are very real and certainly impact this line. But going past 14 points takes too much air out of going with a Ducks side. PASS.

Over/Under

The 2 offenses and the USC defense have the attention of bettors for this game. But the Oregon defense is quite good against the pass, preventing touchdowns in its own end and denying explosive plays.

Neither side plays with a lot of pace. On what could well be a rainy night at Autzen Stadium, the Under has value. Even if the Ducks score a lot, there is some chance an Oregon defense that has already held 5 foes to 10 points or less get a 50- or 60-something to the finish line.

BACK THE UNDER 75 (-110).
