The Washington Commanders (4-5) and Seattle Seahawks (5-3) meet Sunday at Lumen Field. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Commanders vs. Seahawks odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Commanders covered the spread as 3-point underdogs in a 20-17 win last Sunday at the New England Patriots as the Under (40) hit. QB Sam Howell was 29-of-45 passing for 325 yards with a TD and an INT — the 1st time in his career that he threw for 300-plus yards in back-to-back games. Sunday will be Howell's 1st time facing Seattle.

The Seahawks failed to cover as 6.5-point underdogs in a 37-3 loss at the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday as the Under (44) cashed. Seattle had only 6 1st downs and was outgained by 364 yards (515-151).

Moneyline

The Seahawks (-275) should bounce back after getting embarrassed at Baltimore last time out, but there's no need to take the higher price on the moneyline when Seattle should cover as a 6-point favorite.

PASS. Lay the points and/or bet the total instead.

Against the spread

Seattle bounced back after its 1st 2 losses this season with a 37-31 OT win at the Detroit Lions on Sept. 17, and a 20-10 home victory vs. the Arizona Cardinals on Oct. 22. Coach Pete Carroll and QB Geno Smith will be extra motivated to run up the score Sunday in an attempt to leave the memories of getting blown out at Baltimore in the past.

Seattle is the much more talented roster and should overwhelm this Commanders team that was a seller at the trade deadline, moving pieces like DE Montez Sweat and DE Chase Young. The Seahawks should practically be able to name their score in this one as the Commanders will be in a bad travel spot and may still be coming down from their upset win.

BET SEAHAWKS -6 (-110).

Over/Under

Since 2022, the Under is 6-3-1 in Commanders games when they're coming off a win. Look for Washington's offense to struggle after a feel-good upset victory, especially against this Seattle defense that will be extra focused after a blowout loss. While I expect Seattle to look much better this week, the Seahawks have scored 24 or fewer points in 5 straight games, which should also help the Under hit in this spot.
