Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Indianapolis Colts odds, picks and predictions

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-6) are slated to face the Indianapolis Colts (5-5) in Week 12 Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Buccaneers vs. Colts odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Buccaneers suffered a 27-14 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11, covering as 13.5-point road underdogs, and the Under of 42.5 cleared. Tampa Bay has lost 5 of its last 6 games after starting the season with a 3-1 record.

The Colts covered as 2-point favorites, and the Under of 42 was achieved in their 10-6 victory over the New England Patriots in Germany in Week 10. Indianapolis enters Week 12 on a 2-game winning streak coming out of its bye week.

Buccaneers at Colts picks and predictions

Prediction

Colts 27, Buccaneers 20

Moneyline

Given the injuries the Buccaneers are dealing with on the defensive side of the ball, I'll back the COLTS (-145) at home in Week 12. While Tampa Bay is dealing with a handful of notable injuries, Indianapolis had a bye week to get healthier and get RB Jonathan Taylor even more involved in the offense.

Against the spread

COLTS -2.5 (-110) is how I'd bet on the spread with how these teams have performed recently. The Buccaneers could be without their top 2 linebackers and top 2 cornerbacks, allowing QB Gardner Minshew to have a successful day through the air.

Over/Under

LEAN OVER 44.5 (-110).

While the Buccaneers are in the middle of the pack in terms of pace, the Colts have the fewest seconds per snap (23.2) per play in the NFL. The pace that the Colts play at has invited other teams to get into shootouts with them this season.

Indianapolis is 4-1 to the Over at home this season.
