Los Angeles needs to clean up the turnovers, averaging over 15 per game on the season. They look to finish this 4-game road trip above .500 on Thursday night against the Thunder.

The Thunder have lost back-to-back games by a combined 7 points. G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's 32 points weren't enough to beat the Timberwolves as OKC fell 106-103 on Tuesday night in Minnesota. Oklahoma City failed to cover the 2.5-point spread and went Under the 228.5 point total.

The Lakers wrap up a 4-game road trip over 6 days so it wouldn't surprise if Los Angeles rests a few of their key players ahead of a 2-game homestand against conference rivals, the Houston Rockets and Phoenix Suns. The Thunder will win this game but I'm staying away from betting a -275 line.

Against the spread

I like the Thunder to cover this spread on Thursday night. They have covered in 3 of their last 4 home games.

I am confident that the Lakers will rest some of their starters after playing 3 games in 4 days and playing a back-to-back on the road. LeBron James is no spring chicken, he needs days to recuperate his body. Even if he plays, they may put him on a minutes limit along with Anthony Davis.

This is only Oklahoma City's 3rd game in the last 6 days so they're plenty rested.
