SportsbookWire's NFL Week 13 picks: ML, ATS and O/U predictions for all games

Before looking at SportsbookWire staff's Week 13 NFL picks, here are the against-the-spread (ATS) and Over/Under (O/U) leaders, according to Teamrankings.com.

The Philadelphia Eagles (10-1) own the league's best ATS record at 7-2-2. The next 3 top moneymakers are the Dallas Cowboys (8-3 straight up, 8-3 ATS), Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3, 8-3 ATS) and Baltimore Ravens (9-3, 8-4 ATS).

Meanwhile, fading the Carolina Panthers (1-10) has been even more profitable as they are an NFL-worst 1-8-2 ATS. The New England Patriots (2-9) aren't far behind at 2-9 ATS, followed by the New Orleans Saints (5-6, 2-8-1 ATS) and Atlanta Falcons (5-6, 3-8 ATS).

The Cowboys, Detroit Lions (8-3) and Indianapolis Colts (6-5) are tied for the best Over record at 7-4 apiece. The Arizona Cardinals (2-10), Chicago Bears (4-8) and Washington Commanders (4-8) are each 7-5 O/U.

The top Under team is the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4), who are 2-9 O/U, while the Las Vegas Raiders (5-7), Minnesota Vikings (6-6) and New York Giants (4-8) are each 3-9 O/U.
