Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets odds, picks and predictions
The Atlanta Falcons (5-6) and New York Jets (4-7) meet Sunday for a Week 13 matchup at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook's lines around the Falcons vs. Jets odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
The Falcons are coming off a 24-15 victory in Week 12, cashing as a 1-point favorite last week at Mercedes-Benz Stadium while hitting the Under (41.5). Atlanta snapped a 3-game losing and non-cover skid, and the Under also halted a 3-0 run to the Over.
The Jets were on the short end of a 34-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Black Friday in Week 12. New York has dropped 4 in a row, while also going 0-4 against the spread (ATS) during the span. The Under has hit in 5 of the past 6 outings.

Falcons at Jets picks and predictions
Prediction
Falcons 20, Jets 12
Moneyline
The FALCONS (-142) are worth playing straight up, if you strongly believe Atlanta will win, but only by a single point. If not, laying the small amount of points is the better value.
Against the spread
The FALCONS -1.5 (-115) are substantially cheaper than on the moneyline, and you simply need Atlanta to win by 2 or more points.
The Jets +1.5 (-105) are in for a long afternoon, even if Hall is able to shake off his injury and play. To make matters worse, it's possible their top 3 backs, who each carry questionable tags, could miss Sunday's game. The Jets offense is pretty shabby as it is, but if Hall were to be missing, it would be devastating for the home side and warrant a substantial wager on the visitors.
Over/Under
UNDER 33.5 (-110) is the play, although this is such a small number in today's NFL. But the Jets have also cashed the Under in 5 of the past 6 games overall.
In addition to that fact, we have a 90-percent chance of precipitation, with temperatures around 50 degrees, making for a rather raw afternoon. The rain and occasional breeze could wreak havoc on the pass and kicking games.
