Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans odds, picks and predictions

The Indianapolis Colts (6-5) and Tennessee Titans (4-7) meet Sunday at Nissan Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Colts vs. Titans odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Colts covered the spread as 2.5-point home favorites with a 27-20 win last Sunday vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the Over (44.5) hit. RB Jonathan Taylor scored twice, and QB Gardner Minshew ran one in to help Indianapolis stay in the playoff hunt — if the season ended today, it would be the No. 7 seed in the AFC. Taylor (thumb) underwent surgery Wednesday and hopes to return in 2-3 weeks.

The Titans covered as 4-point home favorites in a 17-10 win vs. the Carolina Panthers last Sunday as the Under (36.5) cashed. RB Derrick Henry ran for 2 TDs, and Tennessee snapped a 3-game skid.

In the Oct. 8 meeting, the Colts covered as 2.5-point home underdogs in a 23-16 win as the Under (43) hit. Colts RB Zack Moss scored twice and ran for a career-high 165 yards.

Colts at Titans picks and predictions

Prediction

Colts 23, Titans 16

Moneyline

The Colts (-120) should win their 4th straight, but I'd rather play them at -1 and pay 10 cents less on the spread.

PASS. Bet the spread and/or total instead.

Against the spread

The market has decided that the Coltsshould still be favored on the road despite the Titans being a perfect 4-0 at home. While Indianapolis deserves to be downgraded after losing Taylor, Moss should be able to replace his production for 1 game — especially since he's already had success vs. Tennessee this season.

Titans QB Will Levis has only thrown for 2 TDs in his last 4 games, and it's starting to look like his 4-TD debut vs. the Atlanta Falcons Oct. 29 might have been a flash in the pan. Minshew, on the other hand, has been doing just enough to lead Indianapolis to 3 straight wins — and potentially a playoff berth.

Give me the team on a 3-game winning streak playing to stay in the postseason hunt.

BET COLTS -1 (-110).

Over/Under

Both sides have been relying on their RBs to produce offense in recent weeks. This should be a slow-paced game as both teams look to win by controlling the clock in lieu of excellent QB play.

The Titans have been underwhelming offensively and have scored 16 or fewer points in Levis' last 4 starts. In theory, the Colts could do most of the heavy lifting to help the Over hit, but they have gone 4 straight games scoring 27 or fewer points.

LEAN UNDER 42.5 (-110).
