Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars odds, picks and predictions
The Cincinnati Bengals (5-6) visit the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) to wrap up the Week 13 slate on Monday Night Football. Kickoff from EverBank Stadium is set for 8:15 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Bengals vs. Jaguars odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
The Bengals enter on a 3-game skid, which included a Week 11 Thursday night 34-20 loss at the Baltimore Ravens when QB Joe Burrow suffered a season-ending wrist injury in the 2nd quarter. Backup QB Jake Browning now runs the offense, which only scored 1 TD in a 16-10 home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week when Cincy was a 2-point underdog because of Burrow's absence.
The AFC South-leading Jaguars are coming off a 24-21 victory as 1-point road favorites at the Houston Texans. Jacksonville avoided overtime when Houston's 58-yard, game-tying field-goal attempt with 34 seconds left bounced off the crossbar. QB Trevor Lawrence finished with 364 passing yards (23 of 38, 1 TD, 1 INT) as the Jaguars won a 2nd game in a row and their 7th in the last 8 games.

Bengals at Jaguars picks and predictions
Prediction
Jaguars 27, Bengals 10
Moneyline
PASS.
Jacksonville (-500) is a big favorite, which is understandable with Burrow out for Cincinnati, but risking 5 times the potential profit is not a good strategy in the long run.
Against the spread
JACKSONVILLE -10 (-110) is my STRONGEST PLAY – 1½ times your usual wager.
The Jaguars will cruise to victory. Don't be surprised if the Bengals offense can't find the end zone. Without Burrow, Cincinnati is not a threat.
I would even consider playing the ALTERNATE LINE JAGUARS -14.5 (+158) at FanDuel Sportsbook for a little bit of dough.
Over/Under
BACK UNDER 40 (-110) to WIN A HALF UNIT.
However, if you've been riding the Monday Night Football Unders most of the season as I have, it's worth a FULL-UNIT play.
Unders are 13-1 in MNF games this season, including cashes in the last 10 contests. Only the Week 2 Pittsburgh Steelers' 26-22 home victory vs. the Cleveland Browns was an Over (39.5) winner.
As mentioned, Cincinnati's offense may not score a touchdown. With Browning starting last week vs. the Steelers, the Bengals only scored once.
He wasn't terrible, completing 19 of 26 passes for 227 yards with a TD and a pick, but he's in for a rude awakening Sunday. Not only is the game on the road for the Bengals, the Jaguars confidence is soaring as they've realized winning the AFC's No. 1 seed in the playoffs is a reality.
