Chicago Bulls at Miami Heat odds, picks and predictions
The Chicago Bulls (9-16) will take on the Miami Heat (14-10) on Thursday at Kaseya Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Bulls vs. Heat odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.
Season series: Tied 1-1
The Bulls failed to cover as 6.5-point home underdogs and the Over/Under of 220 pushed in their 114-106 defeat to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. Despite Chicago losing its 2nd straight game, G Coby White was fantastic again on Tuesday, recording 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists.
The Heat came away with a 115-104 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday to cover as 8-point home favorites and the Under of 223.5 cleared. Miami has won 3 of its last 4 games, but it remains to be seen who plays on Thursday on the 2nd leg of a back-to-back.

Bulls at Heat picks and predictions
Prediction
Heat 110, Bulls 104
Moneyline
Even though the Heat are expected to secure the win at home on Thursday, I'll PASS on their moneyline at the current odds (-175).
Against the spread
HEAT -4.5 (-110) is the lean in this game despite the chance F Jimmy Butler sits on the 2nd leg of a back-to-back. Butler played only 29 minutes in the win over the Hornets on Wednesday, making it possible that he will suit up on Thursday.
Coach Erik Spoelstra said there is no timetable for C Bam Adebayo to return from his hip injury, so the Heat will continue to operate without their All-Star big man. While the Heat are 3-7 ATS at home, the Bulls have a 2-9 record and have covered the spread in only 4 of their 11 road games.
Over/Under
Given the slow pace that both of these teams play at, UNDER 215.5 (-105) has solid value. The Heat play at the 7th-slowest pace and the Bulls play at the slowest pace in the NBA.
Both teams are also in the top half of the league in points-in-the-paint allowed per game, so there won't be any easy baskets in this contest. Miami is 5-5 to the Over at home, and 4 of the games that went Over came against teams that are top 5 in pace.
