Chicago Bears at Cleveland Browns odds, picks and predictions
The Chicago Bears (5-8) and Cleveland Browns (8-5) meet Sunday for a Week 15 matchup at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook's lines around the Bears vs. Browns odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
The Bears fell to 2-7 straight up (SU) back on Nov. 5, but instead of waving the white flag, Chicago has soldiered on, pun totally intended. The Bears have picked up 3 wins in the past 4 games, including an impressive 28-13 victory over the 1st-place Detroit Lions in Week 14, covering as 3-point underdogs as the Under (44.5) cashed. The total has gone low in 5 of the past 6 games overall.
The Browns picked up a 31-27 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars last Sunday, led by QB Joe Flacco. The team is so smitten with the veteran that it inked him to a 1-year contract extension. Cleveland is squarely in the mix in the AFC playoff picture, and the former Super Bowl MVP has the Browns thinking big again. The Browns have won and covered 4 in a row at home.
The weather forecast calls for an 80 percent chance of rain showers at kickoff with temperatures in the upper 40s and winds blowing from 12-15 mph, gusting to 20-25 mph off of Lake Erie.

Bears at Browns picks and predictions
Prediction
Browns 19, Bears 13
Moneyline
The BROWNS (-152) are a solid moderate favorite on the ML if you don't want to mess around with the points and simply want to declare a winner straight up.
Cleveland has won 4 consecutive games on its home field, while the Bears (+128) have dropped 3 of the past 4 outings on the road.
Against the spread
The BROWNS -3 (-105) are a strong play at home. Not only has Cleveland won 4 straight games at Cleveland Browns Stadium, it has covered each of those outings, too, including a stunning win over the 49ers back in mid-October as an 8.5 point underdog.
On the flip side, the Bears +3 (-115) are a perfect 3-0 ATS in the past 3 trips, so something's gotta give here. I don't like the fact Moore enters with a questionable tag, and I think QB Justin Fields has a difficult time solving the suffocating defense of the Browns, although his running ability will keep the team in the game with slippery and windy conditions likely causing teams to use more of a run-oriented attack.
Over/Under
UNDER 37.5 (-110) is worth considering, as weather will be a major factor. In fact, several teams will be affected by rain and wind this weekend, so always make sure to double-check that before finalizing your wagers.
We should get a lot of run-based offense, at least early on, as the rain will be heavier in the 1st half before tapering off in the 2nd. We'll also have plenty of wind to affect the passing and kicking games, too, and that will last throughout.
