Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans odds, picks and predictions
The Houston Texans (7-6) take on the Tennessee Titans (5-8) on Sunday in Week 15 at Nissan Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Texans vs. Titans odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
The Texans were blown out 30-6 by the New York Jets in Week 14 as they failed to cover as 3-point road favorites, and the Over (33.5) hit. Houston will reportedly be without rookies QB C.J. Stroud and DE Will Anderson Jr., and there's a chance WR Nico Collins is also sidelined.
The Titans easily covered as 13.5-point road underdogs, and the Over (44.5) cleared, in their 28-27 win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 14. Tennessee has won 2 of its last 3 games as rookie QB Will Levis is showing flashes of being a solid quarterback.

Texans at Titans picks and predictions
Prediction
Titans 20, Texans 16
Moneyline
While the Texans are going to be shorthanded and the Titans (-175) are favored at home, I'll PASS on the moneyline in this AFC South showdown.
Against the spread
LEAN TITANS -3 (-115).
The Texans are expected to start QB Case Keenum in place of Stroud, and Houston could be extremely shorthanded at the receiver position. The Titans are 29th in pass defense DVOA, but the Texans may not have the personnel to take advantage of that.
Tennessee is 4-1 ATS at home, and Houston is 1-3 ATS in its last 4 games overall.
Over/Under
UNDER 37 (-110) is how I'd wager on the total despite it being such a low number. The Titans will want to lean on RB Derrick Henry and their defense against a backup quarterback at home.
On the other hand, the Texans are hobbled on offense, and it's tough to expect them to produce many points without Stroud under center. The Texans are 3-7 to the Over in their last 10 games overall, while the Titans are 4-6 to the Over in their last 10.
