The Cardinals came off their Week 14 bye scoring a season-high 29 points but lost 45-29 to the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday, failing to cover as 12-point home underdogs.
The Bears had a 2-game winning streak snapped when they blew a 10-point 4th-quarter lead in a 20-17 loss at the Cleveland Browns last Sunday, failing to cover as 2.5-point underdogs.

Cardinals at Bears picks and predictions
Prediction
Bears 28, Cardinals 24
Moneyline
The Cardinals have only 1 road win all season. They are 2-3 since QB Kyler Murray returned from the PUP list. Before their 24-10 win at the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13, their season high in scoring on the road was 16 points.
The Bears (-200) have allowed 13 or fewer points in their last 3 home games. They should win this game, but the -200 odds make it too pricey to be worth a wager as a single bet.
PASS.
Against the spread
This 4-point spread is rough.
The Bears have the league's No. 1 rush defense, but the Cardinals rushed for 234 yards last week in their loss to the 49ers, who were the league's No. 1 defense entering Week 15.
So with the combination of RBs James Conner, Michael Carter, Emari Demercado and the running ability of Murray, they should be able to move the ball.
However, the Cardinals' defense will struggle with the Bears' running game and the mobility of QB Justin Fields.
I really think this will be a 3 or 4-point game, so the standard spread isn't the best.
However, with an alternate line of 5 points at a decent price, I like the Cardinals to cover.
BET CARDINALS ALT SPREAD +5 (-130).
Over/Under
The 43-point projected total seems low. The only offense the Cardinals have slowed recently has been the Steelers, who have scored fewer than 24 points in 12 of 15 games this season.
Only 1 of the Bears' last 6 games has reached 43 total points.
However, in 5 outings since Murray's return, the Cardinals have had 3 games end with more than 43 total points.
BET OVER 43 (-110).
