Ravens at 49ers picks and predictions
Prediction
49ers 28, Ravens 21
Moneyline
PASS.
This Ravens offense is simply too reliant on QB Lamar Jackson and will have some difficulties vs. this San Francisco defense that has threats at all 3 levels. The 49ers are also too explosive for this Ravens defense to contain for a whole game. However, the 49ers are not worth the risk of betting on as a -275 favorite. Bet on the spread and/or total instead.
Against the spread
LEAN 49ERS -6 (-110).
The 49ers seem like the team to beat in the NFL right now and in this game that could be a Super Bowl preview and could decide the MVP, the 49ers will come out firing on all cylinders. I don't see how the Ravens can stop the 49ers passing and rushing attacks, and the 49ers are among the best in the league at getting to the QB. The 49ers simply have the edge in every category for this matchup.
Over/Under
BET OVER 47 (-110).
Both of these squads are elite defensively, but I expect this to be a game where offense tells the story. San Francisco can be dominant in any facet of the game offensively and will be a hard team for this Ravens squad to stop. Baltimore is less explosive offensively, but I expect Jackson's talent to carry the Ravens to a few TDs.
The Over is 5-3 in Baltimore's last 8 overall, 3-1 in San Francisco's last 4 overall, and 2-1 in the last 3 Baltimore-SF matchups.
