I am not sold on the Timberwolves being such a heavy favorite with the way G Luka Doncic has been playing lately, and I also would not advise betting on the Mavericks as such a heavy underdog. This is just a bad line overall, so bet on the spread and/or total instead.

Against the spread

BET MAVERICKS +9.5 (-115).

With the way Doncic has been playing for Dallas, I simply cannot advise picking Minnesota to cover here.

Dallas is 2-1 ATS in its last 3 overall while Minnesota is only 1-3 ATS in its last 4 overall. Both teams are very similar ATS-wise this season. So, I trust the star-power and hot streak of Doncic to carry the Mavs to cover here, especially with the status of Towns being in question for the Timberwolves.

Over/Under

The Over is safer for both teams this season, being 19-12 for Dallas and 16-13 for the Timberwolves. The Over has also hit in 4 of Minnesota's last 5 overall.
